Artwork Image Request

• Images of artworks published on this website can be downloaded and used for the following two purposes (see 1. and 2. below) without specific permission from the NMWA. In other instances, an Image Request Form must be submitted.
  1. 1.Educational Use
     

     To be used by those who teach at schools or other educational facilities (with the exception of for-profit institutions), solely within the scope of their specific teaching activities.

  2. 2.Personal Use
     

     Limited to personal use in the home or other similar setting. Personal use does not include the following, even if not-for-profit: reproduction on a personal webpage, blog or social media site; printing on greeting cards or group publications; use beyond a personal use scope, such as the downloading and accumulating of images, or distribution in printed form, by post, or e-mail.

• Other than cases 1. and 2. listed above, an Artwork Image Request Form must be submitted and permission granted.
